Intro to Watercolors

8 Thursdays: June 22 - August 10

6:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Al Middlemiss

Price: $240 members, $265 non-members

Learn how to paint like the masters - from still life sets and live models, as well as from prompts and experimental exercises. We'll venture into Mellon Park and learn to observe our surroundings, plus look to artists such as Andrew Wyeth, David Levine, Winslow Homer, and others, who create plein air watercolors in all seasons. Work independently throughout class and participate in group critiques and group discussions. Tuition includes one session with a model. Supply list provided.
