Cyanotype is an early photographic process invented in 1842, originally used to reproduce drawings (blueprints). Today, photographers and artists continue to use it to create fascinating blue-tinted images, and camera-less photograms. In this workshop, you'll use the process to create your own unique images on watercolor paper, fabric and glass. Additional instruction will be provided to use household chemicals to tone your images different shades aside from the classic blue. All materials provided. No experience required, but a good next step for those already familiar with the process.
